Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Trade school or fabrication training is a plus Experience Requirements Previous fabrication, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications Experience using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work effectively in a team environment Job Duties Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Select appropriate materials based on project requirements Measure, cut, drill, and prepare materials to required dimensions Operate fabrication equipment including saws, grinders, drill presses, and hand tools Assemble parts and components according to detailed instructions Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy Perform routine maintenance on fabrication equipment Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Communicate effectively to resolve manufacturing and production issues Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
