The Opportunity: As a Technical Solutions Engineer you'll lead complex, high-impact projects that shape the future of our customer programs. You'll mentor junior managers, develop best practices, and drive strategic capability development across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Development Lead creation of customer-specific program solutions.
• Assess and integrate key customer requirements.
• Provide required inputs for quoting.
• Continuously refine and improve solution approaches.
• Implementation Insight Offer guidance on operational challenges and best practices during the quoting and design process.
• Solution Integration Ensure smooth handoff of solutions to implementation teams.
• Support transition into sustainable, ongoing operations.
• Ensure execution of critical customer requirements.
• Project Management Drive proactive cross-functional collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead communication cadence, meetings, and status updates.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk mitigation.
• Execute gated presentations and escalate issues when customer expectations may be at risk.
• Run lessons-learned activities and apply insights to future projects.
• Sales Support Understand technical requirements necessary for successful delivery.
• Support pre-sales design with solution expertise and options.
• Develop customer value propositions using value stream mapping, customized solutions, and ROI analysis.
