Overview ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Glen Allen, Virginia. Assignment Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Hours per Week: 36 hours Shift: 12 hours, flexible Employment Type: Travel Assignment: Outpatient Physical Therapist Schedule MWF 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Tuesday/Thursday 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Responsibilities Evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans according to patients\' needs, goals, and physician directions. Delegate and direct therapy services for assigned patients and design functional treatment programs that facilitate return to community activities. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients. Develop treatment plans and goals to progress patients toward discharge within established lengths of stay. Document medical records clearly, concisely, accurately, and in a timely manner. Participate in student programs as assigned, providing supervision and developing learning objectives. Adhere to state practice acts and maintain licensure in good standing. Understand and participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality. Qualifications & Licensure Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience. Current CPR certification. Active and applicable state licensure. Notes Contract and local rates may vary by location and applicant residency.
