Remote Call Center Supervisor

Virtual Vocations Inc

Seeking an experienced remote Call Center Supervisor for a seasonal full-time position who will supervise and coach Customer Service Representatives to achieve productivity and service level goals while working from home. Key responsibilities: Supervise and develop Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality and timeliness of work Ensure compliance with call center objectives and provide guidance on best practices Participate in hiring processes and recommend disciplinary actions as necessary Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred 6 months of supervisory or leadership experience required Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with leadership skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
