We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who can confidently manage billing processes, customer accounts, and payment activities while delivering exceptional customer service. Experience with EZClaim and TriZetto software is highly preferred.
What You'll Do
- Process monthly billing and maintain accurate customer account records.
- Review invoices and billing information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Post payments, process adjustments, and reconcile customer accounts.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account questions.
- Communicate with customers and family members regarding billing inquiries in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Monitor past-due accounts and assist with collections activities while maintaining excellent customer relations.
- Update account information related to equipment activations, deactivations, service changes, and account modifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer records within company systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing information is current and accurate.
- Prepare reports and assist with administrative projects as needed.
