Don't let our name fool you, in addition to our fast oil change bays, our locations can be your one-stop shop with certified technicians providing a variety of mechanical services, as well as tire services.The Tire Sales Manager, reporting to the Store & Service Managers, is responsible for organizing, directing, and controlling the day to day activities of their assigned stores in conjunction with company strategy and initiatives as directed by the Store Manager. The Tire Sales Manager embodies the core values of Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers and supports operations in the sales department of their locations. The Sales Manager sets the highest standards of excellence. Their main goal is to create a customer centric culture while maximizing sales & profits, maintaining integrity in every action.Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Comply with every action of sales process, phone script, produce industry leading & customer experienceDirectly works with customers in areas of sales, service, customer opportunities, adjustments, etc.Creates a highly-motivated team environment/climateManages tire inventory and outside purchase of tires, complies with parts and Tire Purchase ProgramResponsible for store safety including, but not limited to, use of and maintenance and safety equipmentResponsible for credit card programs and market shareResponsible for his/her store appearance, cleanliness, and updating in-store marketing materialsResponsible for their KPIs as per management/company directivesEnforces wheel torqueing by all personnelEnsures that proper inspections are being conductedWe are looking for:Outstanding leadership and store management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to mentor others in a manner that ensures efficiencyExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to develop professional relationships with customers and team membersProven track record of exceeding business objectivesAbility to work efficiently both individually and as part of a teamSolid knowledge of basic OSHA laws and MSDS ComplianceAll information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bendingAt time, exerting 50 - 100 lbs of force occasionally and/or 10 - 25 lbs of force frequently and/or greater than 10 lbs of force constantly to move objectsRequires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materialsBy completing this application, you are agreeing that you are able to meet the physical requirements listed for this role.
