Part Time Assistant Property Manager Join our client’s mission-driven housing team and help ensure residents have access to safe, quality, affordable housing. This onsite role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community while supporting the daily operations of housing developments and serving as a key resource for residents. Assist with annual and interim resident recertifications. Conduct unit inspections and identify property concerns. Prepare rent, delinquency, eviction, and financial reports. Counsel residents and connect them with appropriate community resources. Support eviction processing and compliance with HUD and LIHTC requirements. Maintain office operations and assist with deliveries between developments and Central Office. What You’ll Need to be Considered: Be able to do the job as described. High school diploma or GED; business school preferred. Ability to obtain Public Housing Management Certification within one year. Ability to obtain Tax Credit Specialist certification after one year. Valid Texas driver’s license and eligibility for PHA fleet insurance. Ability to support office operations and manage team members in the Manager’s absence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
