MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

As a Software Developer, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the Intelligence Community. You will play a crucial role in developing and operating mission critical capabilities directly impacting national security.

• Support our engineering team in the creation on enterprise scale serverless cloud-based architectures to deliver scalable and reliable systems
• Collaborate with customer and mission partners to define next generation requirements and the art of the possible
• Drive innovative solutions using the latest technologies to meet evolving challenges
• Collaborate in an agile environment to deliver new customer requirements
• Develop, test, and deploy microservice infrastructure and logic in an AWS environment
• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software
• Develop documentation of new and existing features

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your engineering expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Software Developer must have:

• Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or relevant years of experience
• Experience: 8+ years of related experience
• Required Technical skills : JavaScript, React, Node.js, AWS
• Security clearance level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Location: Herndon, VA
• US citizenship required
• Role requirements: Ability to work collaboratively with Agile/Scrum delivery teams in hybrid environments
