Valley Village Care Center is a welcoming and clean facility staffed by compassionate professionals with expertise in rehabilitation. We understand that when a loved one is in need of rehabilitation after a hospitalization, it can be a stressful time for families. Our goal is to make the transition as easy as possible for our patients and their families, and to keep them informed of progress. We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at a skilled nursing facility. As the Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating residents with physical, cognitive, and psychosocial impairments to help them achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.
Qualifications:
Current license to practice as a Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of California
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility
- Knowledge of current physical therapy practice standards and regulations
