Future Store Leader: Manager in Training

CVS Health Corporation is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop future CVS Store Managers. The 16‑week, self‑paced, collaborative training blends virtual and hands‑on learning with a support network including District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
