Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support and incontinence care
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Monitor and document vital signs; report any changes to the RN or supervisor
• Offer medication reminders
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Follow customized Care Plans

Requirements:

Active CNA certification in Maryland. Previous home care experience preferred. CPR and First Aid certification (CPR with BLS preferred). Negative PPD result with the last year OR clear chest X-ray within the last 5 years. Health physical or work release from physician within the last 2 years. Must be able to pass a drug screening. Must have a clear background (no disqualifying criminal history such as convictions for violence, theft, or abuse).

Compensation: $16.25 - $18.50 per hour
