Senior DevSec Ops Engineer

MTSI is seeking to hire a Senior DevSecOps Engineer with a strong background in secure cloud platform engineering, Kubernetes operations, and policy‑as‑code enforcement. This senior role supports mission‑critical defense programs and requires deep technical expertise, leadership ability, and hands-on experience in high-assurance environments.Key Responsibilities• Manage and operate Azure Government (IL5) and Azure Secret (IL6) environments• Architect secure Kubernetes platforms using FluxCD, GitLab CI/CD, and GitOps methodologies• Build and maintain Terraform configurations for Azure, GitLab, Artifactory, and developer platforms• Deploy and administer Coder Enterprise v2 for secure cloud-based development• Develop hardened container images and Helm releases for regulated workloads• Implement policy‑as‑code using OPA, Rego, Gatekeeper, and advanced validation pipelines• Engineer air-gapped deployment workflows and secure artifact transfer mechanisms• Collaborate across teams to ensure compliance, security, and platform reliabilityRequired Qualifications• Master's degree in computer science or related STEM field.• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, DevSecOps, or secure cloud/platform engineering• Active U.S. Secret clearance• U.S. citizenshipPreferred Qualifications• 20+ years of relevant professional experience• Experience supporting Department of Defense or intelligence community systems#LI-JJ1
