What We're Looking For

• Active real estate license in Tennessee or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - This is a high-volume production role not a side hustle.
• Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Nashville-area service territory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
• Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven you thrive in a high-accountability environment
