NP/PA - Gastroenterology

Coastal MA Multi-Specialty Group is adding an NP/PA for Gastroenterology Outpatient and inpatient work and expect a competitive salary + bonuses

Job Function:

• Join a large Multi-specialty group with hospital affiliation
• Work weekdays out of clinic office and evaluate patients and do pre/post op for procedures.
• Some weekend work - typically 2 weekends a month. When working weekend, work less during week.
• Knowledge in management and diagnosis of colitis, gastritis, GERD, and other chronic GI conditions
• Knowledge and experience with upper and lower GI procedures
• Ability to work in a collegial fashion with referring physicians, specialists, hospitals, visiting nurses and skilled nursing facilities. Comfort working with patients and families.
• Ability to evaluate lab tests, prescribe and refill meds, and counsel patients and families regarding procedures.

Job Requirement:

• BC NP /PA
• MA medical License
• Will consider a new grad that speaks Spanish or Portuguese
• New grad or experienced
