FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR (PART TIME)

• We are hiring immediately for a part time FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR position.
• Location : Emporia State University - 1 Kellogg Circle, Emporia, KS 66801. Note: online applications accepted only .
• Schedule : Part time schedule; Tuesday through Friday, 3:30 pm to 9:00 pm and Saturday, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : Prior food service supervisory experience is required.
• Pay Range:  $16.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
