Personal Trainer
This role is for someone who wants to coach people, not just train bodies. Enjoys conversation, connection, and accountability. Is comfortable being part of a team, not operating solo. Can follow systems and standards — even when it's uncomfortable. Takes pride in showing up prepared and present.
Coaching sessions and classes with professionalism and energy. Talking with members before and after workouts. Helping people stay consistent, not just motivated. Following proven systems for booking, retention, and coaching. Communicating clearly with teammates and leadership.
