Job Title: Registered Echo Technician / Sonographer
Location: New York, NY
Start Date: November 9, 2026
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday, plus every 4th weekend
Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Travel Pay rate: $2,930 weekly gross
Local Pay Rate: $66/hour (W2)
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of Registered Echo Technician/Sonographer experience .
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Registered Echo Technician/Sonographer role.
- Demonstrated experience performing adult cardiac scans .
- Completion of an appropriate Ultrasound Technologist training program, including qualifying military training.
- Two years of college (associate-level education) and completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound program, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current RDCS certification through ARDMS or RCS certification through CCI .
- BLS certification or certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
- Availability to attend an in-person interview .
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous stress testing experience.
- BLS certification.
Certification Requirements:
Candidates must hold one of the following accepted credentials:
- RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) issued by ARDMS.
- RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) issued by CCI.
Important: RDMS certification alone is not accepted; RDCS is required if applying through ARDMS.
