Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN)

This position offers flexibility based on scheduled case start times. The role requires participation in "call" shifts.

Unit Information

The Endoscopy unit consists of:

• Number of Rooms: 3 Endoscopy Rooms
• Staffing: 12 team members, including:
• Day Shift: 1 Charge RN, 3 RN Circulators, 3 Endo Techs, 1 SPD, 2 Pre-op RNs, 2 PACU RNs
• Night Shift: None
• Patient Ratios: 1:1 (1 RN and 1 Endo Tech for each Endoscopy room)
• Type of Equipment: Olympus Scopes and EndoSoft (transitioning to Provation)
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): MediTech

Qualifications

Must have: Candidates without the following skills will not be considered:

• Endoscopy Knowledge

Preferred or Nice to have: Candidates with the following skills will be prioritized:

• Team Player
• Good Communication Skills

• Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD)
• Colonoscopy
