Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Coordination
- Plan and execute a variety of events, including conventions, meetings, private parties, and weddings
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure all event details are flawlessly organized
- Staff Coordination
- Coordinate and schedule banquet and event staff based on specific event requirements
- Oversee the hospitality team to ensure smooth event operations
- Inventory Management
- Manage event inventory and supplies, ensuring all necessary items are available and prepared for each event
Requirements
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or banquet operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with both kitchen staff and the front-of-house team
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
Schedule
Full-time position; must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
