Position Highlights:

• Provide cardiology consultations (telephone, E-Consult) for VA Augusta and associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs)
• Interpret a range of non-invasive diagnostic tests, including electrocardiograms, ambulatory rhythm monitoring, stress tests, and echocardiograms
• Supervise administration of echo contrast during echocardiograms as needed
• Supervise and educate cardiology fellows and medical residents
• Interrogate cardiac devices if appropriately trained
• Participate in inpatient consultation services and on-call rotation
