Responsible for extracting meaningful insights from disparate data sources that would support the division in determining and implementing strategies aimed at increasing and improving student access & success. Utilize data to create statistical models and actionable dashboards that depicts trends in the student information database as a whole. Identify and recommend ways to improve and streamline business processes. Other duties as assigned. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel. Database experience in Oracle. Must be proficient in SQL. Must have experience in writing programs and using any Advanced Analytics and BI tools. Knowledge of Data Visualization techniques. Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Detail orientated and highly organized. Strong writing and verbal communication skills. Enrolled in a graduate degree at East Texas A&M Ability to prioritize duties and adapt to changes. Work well with others, including students and staff. Ability to be self-managed, stay on task, and research solutions independently.
