DSP (Direct Support Professional) Braverhood$18 - $20 Hourly RatePart-Time for Weekdays and/or Weekends

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support in the home and community
Help individuals achieve personal goals
Encourage communication, socialization, and independence
Assist with activities of daily living
Document services and progress
Follow agency and OPWDD requirements

Requirements

Experience working with individuals with special needs preferred
Experience with children or young adults preferred
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle REQUIRED
Reliable transportation
Dependable, accountable, and punctual
U.S. Citizen or valid work authorization
Complete required paid DSP training after hire

Dress Code: Casual, appropriate, and respectful.
