CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Greet guests when they drive up to the Quick Lane in a timely, friendly manner Communicate vehicle updates and repair recommendations with guests Keep guests informed and answer their questions Help deliver an excellent guest experience from start to finishPAY & SCHEDULE
$16.50 to $18.50 per hour + monthly customer service bonuses! Paid every Friday VIA direct deposit Full-time position Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm You will work every 3rd Saturday, 8am to 3pm On the weeks you work Saturday, you will have the Monday before off!REQUIREMENTS / WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license Strong communication and customer service skills Able to stay professional and positive in a fast-paced environment Ability to remain courteous and professional while handling difficult or challenging situations Automotive experience is a plus, a great attitude is a must! No need to know everything about cars! We’re looking for someone who knows how to take care of PEOPLE!READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
