Key Responsibilities of the Radiologic Technologist

• Perform radiological exams in the ER, main floor, outpatient facility, and other hospital departments.
• Handle portable imaging equipment, including C-arms and O-arms, with proficiency.
• Maintain attention to detail during imaging procedures, ensuring optimal diagnostic quality.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and other radiologic technologists.
• Float across hospital departments, including operating rooms, as required.

Requirements of the Radiologic Technologist

• 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
• BLS, ARRT certification, and valid State license
• Vistelar training specific to UofL
• C-arm experience and proficiency with portable imaging equipment
