Salesperson

We are looking for a Salesman to support regional growth by developing new business within the Food Processing Residual (FPR) sector and expanding partnerships with farmers who can rent pit capacity. This role is ideal for candidates with FPR or wastewater experience who are ready to transition into a client‑facing sales role. The position requires regular travel throughout the territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Territory Sales & Outreach — Build and manage relationships across Eastern PA, Southern NY, NJ, and MD.
• FPR Client Acquisition — Identify and secure new Food Processing Residual generators.
• Farmer Partnership Development — Recruit farmers with pits available for rental and maintain strong ongoing relationships.
• Solution‑Based Selling — Match client needs with available pit capacity and service offerings.
• Field Travel & Site Visits — Conduct routine visits to food processing facilities and agricultural sites.
• Environmental & Regulatory Awareness — Maintain working knowledge of FPR handling requirements and compliance considerations.
• Pipeline & CRM Management — Track leads, opportunities, and client activity to support revenue goals.
• Internal Collaboration — Partner with operations, logistics, and environmental teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Food Processing Residuals or wastewater/environmental services.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/field‑based role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Interest in transitioning into a sales‑driven role if not already experienced.

Preferred Qualifications

• Reside near Paxinos, PA with ability to travel 30–50% throughout the territory.
• Existing relationships with farmers or food processors.
• Experience working in agricultural or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with territory‑based sales or client management.
