Physical Therapist / Strength Coach (Part-Time)
\n \nContinuum is looking for a motivated Physical Therapist / Coach to join our growing team in Little Silver, NJ (20–25 hours per week).
\n \nWe’re not your typical PT clinic. We bridge the gap between rehabilitation, strength, and performance through one-on-one physical therapy, hybrid care, and semi-private personal training.
\n \nAbout the Role:
\n \nTreat the way you’ve always wanted to. No double booking. No rushing. Just great patient care and coaching.
\n \nAt Continuum, physical therapy is always 60 minutes, one-on-one. No juggling multiple patients or unrealistic patient volumes. Just the time and freedom to deliver high-quality, individualized care.
\n \nYou’ll work with an active, motivated population of youth athletes, runners, gym-goers, and active adults looking to move better, get stronger, and perform at their best.
\n \nBeyond physical therapy, you’ll coach semi-private personal training sessions, develop individualized strength programs, guide clients through their workouts, and continually progress their training.
\n \nIf you're passionate about physical therapy, strength training, and helping people reach their full potential, this is an opportunity to do it all in one role.
\n \nYou’ll be a great fit if you:

- Are a physical therapist with a minimum of 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience \n
- Have a strong background in strength training and exercise programming \n
- Love helping people get out of pain and become stronger and more confident \n
- Enjoy both treating and coaching \n
- Have strong communication skills and enjoy building relationships \n
- Are motivated, willing to learn, and want to grow as a clinician and coach \n
- Practice what you preach and genuinely enjoy training and exercise \n
