Kocourek Automotive is looking for a creative motivated Social Media & Content Specialist to bring our vehicles people dealerships and community involvement to life through photography video and engaging digital content.

What Youll Do

Social Media & Content Creation

• Develop and manage content calendars for assigned dealership brands.

• Create engaging original content for Facebook Instagram TikTok and other relevant platforms.

• Capture and edit photos Reels short-form videos and promotional content.

• Tell authentic stories featuring our vehicles team members dealership culture and community involvement.

• Bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to grow our social media presence.

• Monitor comments and messages while maintaining brand consistency and advertising compliance.

Analytics & Strategy

• Track content performance including reach engagement audience growth and video views.

• Identify top-performing content and opportunities for improvement.

• Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

• Use analytics to guide future content and improve engagement.

Creative & Community Support

• Design social media graphics and promotional materials.

• Collaborate with dealership teams to identify content opportunities.

• Photograph dealership events and support community initiatives through social media coverage.

• Help showcase what makes our dealerships people and brands unique.

What Were Looking For

• 13 years of social media management or content creation experience preferred.

• A creative portfolio showcasing photography video visual storytelling graphic design or social media content.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite Canva CapCut or similar creative tools.

• Understanding of social media analytics and Meta Business Suite.

• Ability to interpret performance data demonstrate results and adjust content strategies accordingly.

• Strong writing communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently generate new ideas and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• A proactive mindset and willingness to experiment with new content ideas.

• Automotive retail or multi-location social media experience is a plus.
