Location: Irving, TX (preferred) / Charlotte, NC – Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Contract Length: 12mo

Pay Rate: $80 - $87

Top Requirements

1. 7+ years of Business Execution / Change Management experience, with strong governance and execution focus
2. 5–6+ years of banking/financial services experience, including merchant services (required)
3. Strong executive communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Plusses

1. Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives within merchant banking/services
2. Strong experience facilitating large stakeholder forums (40+ participants)
3. Experience with project/program management methodologies
4. Experience managing SharePoint sites and enterprise communications
5. Ability to coach and lead others in change management practices

Job Summary

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management activities across Merchant Services transformation initiatives
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and adoption strategies
• Develop and deliver executive-level communications, presentations, and status updates
• Facilitate large cross-functional meetings and tollgate forums (40+ stakeholders)
• Condense complex information into clear, concise messaging and executive summaries
• Partner with business, technology, and operations teams to support change execution
• Manage stakeholder alignment and resolve conflicts across organizations
• Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and systems across impacted teams
• Lead and coach team members while maintaining a collaborative environment
• Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps in change readiness and execution
• Ensure adherence to governance, controls, and enterprise processes
• Work independently to drive deliverables, proactively identifying next steps and solutions
• Support program execution while maintaining focus on outcomes and business impact
