Requirements

Active RN License
Minimum 2 Years of Recent Acute Care Dialysis Experience Required
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient care skills
Experience working in a fast-paced hospital environment
Schedule & Call Requirements

4 days per week
36 hours guaranteed
Probable overtime opportunities (not guaranteed)
1–2 call shifts per week
Every other weekend required
Responsibilities

Provide acute dialysis treatments to hospitalized patients
Monitor patient condition before, during, and after dialysis procedures
Assess vascular access sites and manage dialysis-related complications
Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with facility protocols
Deliver safe, high-quality patient-centered care
