We're representing a dynamic software development firm that specializes in B2B solutions for high-growth enterprises. This company is dedicated to empowering modern franchise brands with innovative tools that drive efficiency and growth. As they continue to expand, they are looking for talented individuals who are eager to contribute to their success and help shape the future of their sales strategy.

What You Will Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying to demoing and closing deals ranging from $20k to $100k ARR.
  • Maintain a high-velocity rhythm of 2-3 closed deals per month to achieve an $800k annual quota.
  • Build 20-30% of your own pipeline through strategic outbound efforts.
  • Apply sales methodologies like MEDDPICC to navigate multi-stakeholder deals and ensure predictable forecasting.
  • Sell directly to Founders, CEOs, and VPs of Operations at high-growth, modern franchise brands.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and familiar with data analytics tools like Snowflake.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, particularly MEDDPICC.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment.

Preferred

  • Experience selling to C-level executives in the franchise or high-growth sectors.
  • Previous involvement in defining or refining sales playbooks and processes.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the SaaS industry.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $80K to $90K, offering a competitive compensation package that reflects your contributions and the value you bring to the team. Additional benefits include flexible work arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
