About the Opportunity

K&M Recruiting has partnered with a nationally recognized eating disorder treatment provider to fill multiple Registered Dietitian openings across their Westlake Village programs — spanning residential (RTC) and PHP/IOP levels of care.

Schedules are Monday through Friday. Some positions include one late evening shift (11am–7pm) per week.

Compensation

• $87,000–$90,000 base salary
• $2,500 sign-on bonus
• Medical, dental, vision, PTO, FSA/HSA, disability, EAP, continuing education, and wellness program

What You'll Do

• Complete nutritional assessments and build individualized, therapeutic meal plans
• Lead nutrition psychoeducation groups rooted in intuitive eating principles
• Provide real-life nutrition skill building: meal planning, grocery shopping, kitchen skills
• Collaborate with chefs on meal accuracy and food quality
• Participate in meal support with clients at least once weekly
• Contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings and update outpatient providers regularly
• Maintain clinical documentation per regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

• RD or RDN credential required
• 1+ years of RD experience required
• Eating disorder or behavioral health experience preferred — strong clinical background with genuine interest in the population considered
• Multidisciplinary team experience a plus
• CPR/AED and ServSafe required or obtainable within 30 days
