Warehouse General Laborer

Job description

The Warehouse General Laborer will contribute to efficient warehouse operations in a general merchandise environment. This day shift role involves fundamental tasks essential to the smooth processing and handling of goods, supporting overall team productivity. Operators will use pallet jacks, sit-down forklifts and follow established safety procedures while performing their duties. Opportunities for advancement and additional training are available based on performance reviews.

Responsibilities

Pack and prepare merchandise for shipment
Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment
Palletize products ensuring stability and safety
Pick items accurately to fulfill orders
Operate pallet jack safely and efficiently
Adhere to team safety protocols and warehouse procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Picking and packing experience
• RF scanner and WMS experience
• Label printing skills
• Intermediate computer knowledge
• Strong attention to detail
