This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing our LCPCs to engage with clients through telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health diagnoses, develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs, and maintain meticulous ongoing documentation in compliance with company policy.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by fostering client relationships and collaborating with a diverse team of professionals committed to addressing mental health care gaps in the community.

• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions to assist clients in achieving and surpassing their personal goals, ensuring that each session is engaging and beneficial.

• Document each session comprehensively, including the documentation of services provided, client progress notes, and any treatment plan revisions, to ensure compliance with company standards.

• Coordinate with case managers, family members, healthcare providers, and educational personnel to provide holistic care and to support the broader needs of clients.

• Actively participate in clinical team meetings and training sessions, sharing insights and improvements that can enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily supports a diverse client base representing various cultural backgrounds and mental health challenges. As an LCPC, you will work closely with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Qualifications\n
