General Manager- Solar Energy Sector Testing and ServicesFor this position, we need someone can speak both English and Chinese, so we prefer expatriate Chinese or local ChineseReport to-- Board of DirectorTo further expand testing and services to the renewable energy sector as well as its branding and recognition.1 Responsible for Profit & Loss of Faraday Lab--Define, drive and monitor business plan--Define and develop directions for business development--components testing--modules testing as subcontractor of Certification Bodies--O&M services for PV plants--Consulting services, Audits for EU certification bodies--Due diligence for banking industry--Ensure recognition of Faraday Lab by institutions like banks, CBs 2 Primary focus will be China market, but a vision to develop activities in EU is appreciated 3 Ensure Faraday Lab has all required certifications (ISO, others) to be able to ramp-up business4 Recruit and strengthen Faraday lab team as per business needs Coach new team members5 Define branding and marketing strategy We have a R&D and testing service lab in Shanghai, the business will base on the labIf you’re qualified and interested in this position, may I have you cv with picture?(login to check email)Best regardsHR
