Field Service Manager

Join a team that values collaboration, respect, and work-life balance. We're looking for a hands-on leader with a strong electrical background to oversee field service operations and support a growing team.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of Field Service Technicians
Schedule and coordinate service projects and customer visits
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for electrical systems and equipment
Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards are met
Partner with internal teams to improve service efficiency and performance
Manage service documentation, reporting, and technician development

Qualifications:

Electrical experience required (Journeyman or Master Electrician background preferred)
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and team-building abilities
