Private Aviation Sales & Social Media Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated, outgoing, and creative person based in New York City to join our private aviation team. This is a unique role combining social media, content creation, sales, and private jet flight coordination . The primary focus will be creating frequent, engaging video content that helps drive new business, generate private jet inquiries, and support our sales and operations teams. You will be involved in creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other channels, while also learning the private aviation business from the inside. You should be comfortable speaking on camera, coming up with content ideas, filming short form videos, and turning real aviation experiences into content that generates interest and leads. You will also assist with private jet inquiries and trip coordination, giving you direct exposure to clients, aircraft operators, pricing, and the day to day business of private aviation. This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a career at the intersection of content, sales, technology, and private aviation . Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media & Video Content Create frequent short form video content designed to generate awareness, engagement, and private jet inquiries. Content may include: Private jet travel and destination content Private aviation tips and educational videos Empty leg opportunities Client travel experiences Industry news and trends Sales and promotional content Content designed specifically to generate charter inquiries Appear on camera regularly and develop a recognizable voice across our social channels. Identify trends, develop new content concepts, and turn them into videos quickly. Film and edit content using mobile and professional tools as needed. 2. Sales & Lead Generation Create content specifically designed to generate new private jet inquiries. Monitor leads generated through social media and other channels. Help qualify prospective clients and understand their travel requirements. Assist the sales team with follow ups and client communication. Develop an understanding of private jet pricing, aircraft capabilities, routes, and charter sales. The position includes base compensation plus commission , with the opportunity to earn more as your involvement in sales grows. 3. Flight Coordination Assist with coordinating private jet trips from initial inquiry through completion. Communicate with aircraft operators, brokers, FBOs, and other aviation suppliers. Confirm aircraft availability, schedules, passenger information, catering, ground transportation, and other trip requirements. Monitor active trips and assist with last minute changes when necessary. 4. Client Communication Communicate professionally with private aviation clients throughout the sales and travel process. Gather trip details including routes, passengers, baggage, pets, catering, and special requests. Provide timely updates and help ensure every client receives a high level of service. 5. Content Driven Business Development Work closely with the sales and operations teams to identify content opportunities based on real customer questions, aircraft availability, destinations, and current demand. Turn actual business activity into useful content that can attract new customers. Help test different content concepts, messaging, and calls to action to determine what generates the strongest response. Qualifications Prior experience in social media, content creation, sales, hospitality, travel, private aviation, or customer service is preferred. Strong on camera communication skills. Comfortable creating videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Creative and able to consistently generate new content ideas. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities. Professional, outgoing, and comfortable communicating with high value clients. Strong interest in private aviation, luxury travel, social media, or sales. Comfortable working with technology, CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and AI tools. Private aviation experience is a plus but not required. Must already be located in New York City and available to start immediately. Compensation Base salary + commission. Compensation will reflect experience, with additional earning potential tied to sales and business generated.
