Earn an average of $24–$32+ per hour with guaranteed pay, tips, and bonuses while leading a talented team and growing your leadership skills. You'll receive industry-leading, hands‑on training from a franchise owned by licensed cosmetologists with over 30 years of experience. PTO starts on day one, and full‑time team members are eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance. A current Cosmetology or Barber License is required, along with evening and weekends.
