In this role, you'll oversee nursing operations, support and develop staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Requirements What You'll Need Active RN license (multi-state preferred if applicable) Associate’s Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred) 3+ years of clinical nursing experience 1+ year supporting IDD, developmental disabilities, or long-term care populations Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills Experience with documentation systems (EHR) and Microsoft Office tools Ability to manage priorities, travel locally, and respond to urgent needs #J-18808-Ljbffr Caregiver
