We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workforce, reflecting the communities we serve.If you are ready to make a difference as part of the world's greatest sports team, apply to join our team today!Role ResponsibilitiesEstablishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect by using diplomacy and tact; ensures that customers are greeted and acknowledged; offers customers assistance as needed or requested.Aides athletes by ascertaining their needs and directing them to the golf services area that most effectively meets their needs.Ensures each customer receives exceptional service leading to maximized sales by finding the right products, providing creative solutions, and resulting in dramatically improved performanceDemonstrate knowledge of all vendors equipment including heads, shafts, and grips.Support store services sales by educating the customer on the benefits of club fittings and club repair services available.Make equipment and accessory recommendations tailored to the customer.OperationsAssist in achieving the store shrinkage goal by ensuring that all merchandise used for display is properly handled and accounted for at all times.Participate in merchandise sets, replenishment and recovery processes, pricing and signing execution, etc., to ensure that established presentation standards are met and maintained.Increase store revenue and profitability through a proven process.OtherPromote Company programs including but not limited to, ScoreCard loyalty, product warranty, private label credit card enrollment, etc.Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered.
