Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight availability. We strive for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may occur. The schedule runs from Monday to Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, consisting of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home, with secured parking being the driver's responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All loads are dry van with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time. We guarantee 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with weekly mileages of 2,500-2,800 miles. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily operating east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers can qualify for dedicated accounts.
