General Manager Responsibilities Include:

Hiring and training of management staff.
Maintaining processes for quality, service, and cleanliness.
Managing store level budgets
Reviewing Profit and Loss statements/planning for opportunity recovery.
Developing a guest-centric atmosphere.

General Manager Qualifications Include:

At least 4-years previous experience as a General Manager.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding Time Management and organizational skills.
Strong computer skills required.
QSR experience required.
