Job Number: R0238947 Strategy Integration and Implementation Lead The Opportunity As a member of the Strategy Organization, you'll lead interactions with all levels within the company to plan and implement the capabilities and enabling tools required to transform our company to achieve our long‑term strategy. You'll develop recommendations and solutions, bridging the gap between the company's high‑level vision, strategy, and capabilities and the people, process, and technical solutions, and consider the identified constraints and existing technology. You'll present recommendations to the internal team and internal client, clearly articulating the solution concept and how it supports the business strategy, and provide techniques for implementation. You'll participate in a collaborative team environment in dynamic and changing project environments. You'll identify and anticipate future needs as you create their way forward. On our team, you will support transformational cross‑functional strategic and operational initiatives. You will also drive progress and content development for large, complex initiatives. You'll develop pragmatic strategic approaches and implementation plans, take full accountability for successful project delivery and demonstrated business impact, formulate recommendations and solutions on a range of topics pertinent to projects through primary and secondary research and analysis, and work independently to support multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. You Have 8+ years of experience in business roles with strategy, operations, or driving outcomes with government or commercial customers Experience working with and optimizing business operation functions, including Human Resources, finance and accounting, IT, procurement, legal, and sales and delivery, and how they operate to enable successful business delivery Experience designing and implementing large scale organizational changes such as acquisitions, new operating constructs, and shared services, that align strategy and business goals, processes, and culture to influence and enhance organizational effectiveness Experience leading the planning, design, and execution of strategic and operational initiatives, managing cross‑functional teams, and serving as an advisor to ensure successful implementation and measurable outcomes Experience integrating functions, operating at the seams, and developing approaches and leveraging tools to plan and execute critical efforts Experience with strategic frameworks and methodology development, quantitative and qualitative analysis, organizational design and assessment, performance management, and organizational change management Ability to work independently, manage priorities simultaneously, and display success in ambiguous, dynamic, and complex environments Ability to prepare and deliver effective communications, both written, including in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, and verbally, including insights, solutions, recommendations, progress, and status Ability to work in a matrixed team structure, and engage and build connections with stakeholders across the organization, including senior leaders to influence the outcomes of our collective work Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have Experience with company cost structure design, business models, and how this impacts how a company operates Master's degree Compensation At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well‑being. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
