Global Head of Health & Safety [JK-15060]

A leading global infrastructure and construction organization is seeking a Head of Health & Safety to help strengthen safety performance and operational excellence across its global operations. Based ideally in Dallas/Fort Worth, with flexibility on location for other major cities in TX. This person will play a key role in advancing knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and SIF prevention initiatives across multiple global business units. It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced safety leader to influence strategy and drive meaningful change in a global business. The Role Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide HSW programs, processes, metrics, and best practices across multiple operating groups. Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives by creating training frameworks, analyzing safety trends, and promoting the adoption of effective safety practices throughout the organization. Establish and promote continuous improvement programs using methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, and operational excellence principles to enhance safety outcomes. Standardize contractor and supply chain safety management processes, including qualification, compliance, and performance evaluation programs. Provide strategic safety leadership and oversight for large, complex projects, supporting project planning, risk management, workforce development, and Severe Injury & Fatality (SIF) prevention efforts. The Candidate Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering or a related field 10 years of progressive global safety experience within construction, infrastructure, or similar high-risk operational environments. Demonstrated success leading safety transformation, operational excellence, or continuous improvement initiatives across multiple business units or geographic regions. Strong experience managing contractor safety programs and supporting complex projects with significant risk exposure. Familiarity with international safety standards and mature safety management systems.
