ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1990 and currently lead a team of 11. State Farm has been my career from the very beginning - I joined the company after college and have been passionate about helping customers and developing successful team members ever since. I'm the proud mother of six children, one of whom is also a State Farm agent, and outside of work you'll often find me cheering on a baseball game or spending time with my Yorkie puppy.

Giving back is an important part of who I am. I'm passionate about supporting autism awareness initiatives, veterans, women's empowerment programs, small business owners, and other organizations that help strengthen our local community.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tammy White - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
