You're passionate about teaching & training — and doing it right You believe in developmentally appropriate coaching that builds confidence and skill. You're not just about the reps — you're about the right reps. You are an excellent communicator You can hold a toddler's attention and have a great conversation with their parent after class. You know how to give clear instructions, feedback, and encouragement in age-appropriate ways. You perform like a pro You're high-energy, animated, and comfortable being the center of attention. You use confident body language, big smiles, and positive vibes all day long. You show up like a professional — every single day You leave drama and personal distractions at the door. You're able to work in a physically intensive environment - coaches may cover multiple miles in a shift moving through class, lift and repeatedly move equipment up to 35 pounds in weight.
