Participants gain real business experience while building a deep understanding of global supply chains. The program combines hands-on operational experience, exposure to different areas of logistics, mentorship from experienced leaders, and structured professional development.

Are you a graduate looking to join a dynamic company? No prior experience required. If you have the drive, talent, and enjoy responsibility, we'll give you the support you need to explore your potential and forward your career. For year one, base pay is $24.04/hour ($50,000 annually); year two, $25.00/hour ($52,000 annually). The rate of pay for this program is non-negotiable.
