Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

We're hiring a licensed PTA to work with one of our trusted clients where you'll support patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries—helping them manage pain and regain movement—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active California PTA license is required to start the position.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Comfort working in a 1:1 patient care model with primarily 45-minute treatment sessions; ability to manage some 30-minute sessions and 1-hour evaluations as needed.
• Familiarity with manual therapy techniques and patient education emphasis.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday day shifts. No weekends required. Open to 4x10 schedules for the right candidate.
• Ability to collaborate with therapy aides and work within a team-oriented clinic culture.
