Paid Search Specialist

To enhance the paid advertising program, the full-time remote Growth Paid Acquisition Specialist III will manage existing campaigns, scale successful strategies, launch new markets, and optimize lead quality while collaborating with marketing operations, analytics, and sales teams. Key responsibilities Manage and optimize paid search, Local Services Ads, display, and video campaigns across all active markets Scale proven campaigns and design new experiments to increase qualified leads and SQLs while maintaining cost efficiency Utilize data from HubSpot and Salesforce to optimize lead quality and campaign performance, ensuring accountability for downstream results Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field 4 years of experience in PPC, paid search, SEM, or performance marketing Strong expertise in Google Ads, Local Services Ads, YouTube, and Microsoft Advertising (Bing) Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and CallRail Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and audience strategy
