Job Title Salesforce Product Manager Location Atlanta, GA (Onsite role) Salary $125,000 - $133,000 per year Job Description Skill Set : SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager Safe Agile trained Tech Product Manager 7+ years of experience in product definition, feature definition, EPIC and user story definition Experience with IBM Rational tools, JIRA, AgileCraft, Kanban, Agile Development Methodology, Microsoft Office, and Sharepoint Knowledge of AT&T products and services Responsibilities Decompose features into user stories with testable acceptance criteria, including reporting acceptance criteria if applicable Understand the overall product vision and customer experience; define the approach within the scrum team and ensure it is communicated to all members Scrum with UX and development teams to groom backlogs, prioritize bug fixes, UX improvements and feature expansion/elimination Ensure grooming takes place at the right speed so the team maintains a 2‑sprint groomed backlog Negotiate prioritization of dependencies with other Product Managers and commit to dependencies opened against the team Attend demos and accept stories that meet Definition of Done Communicate clearly and regularly about user stories and their connection to features (customer/business requirements) Monitor team agile metrics, KPIs (POCR, progression, conversion), and identify areas for improvement If applicable, review content and design with Legal to obtain feedback; analyze feedback for legal risk and determine necessary changes Responsible for all aspects of the scrum team’s output, UX, technology, and user stories Understand the scope of technical debt and collaborate with development/architecture for definition and prioritization of technical debt backlog items Provide inputs for release management on defect criticality or related issues to facilitate production deployment decisions Tech Mahindra is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
