Physical Therapist (PT)

Overview Facility Name: UP Health System-Marquette. Schedule: Full Time. Physical Therapist (PT) role dedicated to improving community health. You will bring compassion and expertise to deliver exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Evaluate patients' condition, develop individualized treatment plans, and facilitate recovery. Instruct nursing staff and patients' families on follow‑through programs to reinforce progress. Communicate patient progress and concerns to supervisors and team members. Assist with patient scheduling and post charges to patient records daily. Document patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements. Maintain equipment and work area in a safe, clean condition. Handle duties in accordance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, and applicable state/federal laws. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of service. Current CPR certification.
